Sales Designer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing personalized service and understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Sales Expertise: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of luxury items and services, effectively presenting and selling items to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Design Consultation: Offer design insights and suggestions that reflect the luxury aesthetic, helping clients visualize how products can enhance their space or lifestyle.
  • Service Excellence: Deliver a seamless and memorable client experience, from initial consultation to post-purchase follow-up, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Market Awareness: Stay updated on luxury trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to effectively position our products and identify opportunities.
  • Event Participation: Actively participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events to showcase our luxury items. Prepare and present product information, build connections with potential clients, and represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in managing stock levels and ensuring all products are displayed attractively and maintained in line with brand standards. Offer suggestions for new inventory based on customer feedback and sales trends.
  • Site Visits: Perform site visits to client locations to understand their environment and specific needs better. Gather insights that will contribute to customized solutions and recommendations, reinforcing the company's commitment to personalized service.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with team members to enhance the overall shopping experience and share insights on client preferences and feedback
  • Professional Development: Pursue ongoing training and learning opportunities to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and design skills, keeping consistent with the evolving luxury market.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the luxury retail sector or related fields.
  • Strong design sense and an understanding of luxury aesthetics and trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in relevant software and technology to assist in design presentations and client interactions.
  • A degree in design, fashion, or a related field is a plus.

Acoustics Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct acoustical assessments to evaluate noise levels and sources in residential, commercial, and industrial environments.
  • Design noise control systems and recommend materials and methods to reduce sound transmission and reverberation.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to incorporate noise reduction solutions into building designs.
  • Utilize advanced simulation tools to model acoustic environments and predict the effectiveness of noise reduction strategies.
  • Actively participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events to showcase our Acoustic Solutions. Prepare and present product information, build connections with potential clients, and represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Perform site visits to client locations to understand their environment and specific needs better. Gather insights that will contribute to customized solutions and recommendations, reinforcing the company's commitment to personalized service.
  • Perform field measurements and assessments to validate the performance of soundproofing and noise control measures.
  • Prepare technical reports and presentations summarizing findings, recommendations, and design solutions.
  • Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and advancements in noise control technologies.
  • Provide guidance and training related to noise reduction techniques and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Acoustical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Proven experience in acoustical engineering, with a focus on noise reduction and sound control.
  • Strong knowledge of acoustical principles, materials, and design techniques.
  • Proficiency in acoustical modeling software and tools (e.g., CadnaA, EASE, or similar).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively in designing solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Relevant certifications in acoustics or noise control (e.g., INCE certification) are a plus.
