Radial6 is beautiful to look at from any angle.
It’s the the first dock that draws on the world of planes: nose cones, cylinders and flaps are the creative basis for this incredible object which, in the pure spirit of iXOOST, finds its key connotation in the final section of the exhaust manifold.
The front part is inspired by old radial plane engines, and the beautiful nose cone (carved from a solid block) virtually turns this dock into a flying machine ready for take-off.
The supporting blade, again carved out of a solid block, raises the dock, making it visually light. An outright mechanical masterpiece (with all the cabling passing through the inside of the block), that closes perfectly with the nose cone and the crankcase of the back woofer to imitate a real plane engine.

Radial Sound
When you look at a Radial6 front on, one aspect strikes you immediately: the perfect positioning of the speakers. The slightly backward tilting position used in this design has a precise purpose: to distribute the sound uniformly around the dock, contributing to creating a solid three-dimensional look.
Together with the lateral positioning of the tweeters, the sound comes across much more balanced and with an optimum stereophonic effect.
The rear woofer provides greater acoustic depth, amplifying the perfect listening point and making vocal timbres extremely natural.
Its circularity is deliberate, designed to guarantee a sound front which is as open and natural as possible: the transducers are composed of two 1″ tweeters and four 2″ midrange, while there is a 4″ woofer at the back.
